We carry a limited amount of alpaca products made from our own alpaca fiber and products from our Coop and highest quality Peruvian imports. We have been raising alpaca since 2002 when we fell in love with these gentle amazing animals. It is always amazing to me that these animals produce such beautiful and versatile fiber each and every year. At first we weren't quite sure what to do with this "gift" from our animals but through the years we have worked hard to find the best uses which allows us to continue to keep our small business going. Through careful sorting we are able to use about 90% of each animal’s total fiber for one thing or another.

My passion and specialty is in the animal production side, especially genetics and the sciences to produce the best animals and fiber. I am not very crafty and don’t even know how to knit or crochet! I have dabbled in weaving and someday would like to have the time to learn more about it however, keeping the animals in peak condition, skirting, cleaning, sorting, and preparing the raw fiber for processing is practically a full time job. I get tremendous joy seeing some of my wonderfully talented knitting and fiber arts friends make beautiful items from my fiber, whether it be yarn or rovings.

After many, many years of living in Tucson AZ, we recently moved to the Central Coast of California bringing about half of our herd with us to continue our ranch. The move has presented us with some new challenges and some wonderful opportunities. We hope that you will consider contacting us if you are in the area and are interested in a farm visit.
